Kate Middleton confirmed this Tuesday, January 14, “to be in remission.” The Princess of Wales announced the happy news on her social networks. “It’s a relief to now be in remission and I remain focused on my recovery,” confides Prince William’s wife. “As anyone who has been diagnosed with cancer knows, it takes time to adjust to a new normal. However, I am looking forward to the year to come.”

Kate Middleton made the announcement hours after visiting the Royal Marsden Hospital in London, where she was treated for cancer, to thank staff and show support to patients. Until now, his location of treatment had not been revealed.

“I wanted to come and show my support (…) to those who are undergoing treatment and who are going through such a difficult period,” declared the princess, who has just celebrated her 43rd birthday, saluting the “extraordinary work” carried out in this hospital. “Entering here through the main entrance, after having made so many discreet and private visits, it’s quite nice actually,” she then slipped, in front of the hospital, which is located in the chic Chelsea district. , in the west of the British capital.
