“A relief.” Princess Kate Middleton, 43, announced on Tuesday January 14 that she was “in remission” from her cancer. At the beginning of September, she explained that she had finished her chemotherapy treatment. “As anyone who has been diagnosed with cancer knows, it takes time to adjust to a new normal. But I’m looking forward to the year ahead.”wrote the wife of Crown Prince William on social networks.

She revealed in March 2024 that she had been diagnosed with cancer, the nature of which has not been revealed, and that she had started chemotherapy. Omnipresent in the media before the announcement of her illness but almost invisible afterwards, she announced that she was going to resume her royal commitments. At the beginning of November, Prince William, heir to the throne, confided that the past year had been “brutal” and probably “the hardest” of his life.
