As fires continue to ravage Los Angeles, causing the evacuation of hundreds of thousands of people, several celebrities, some of whom lost their homes or had to leave their homes, have mobilized to support the victims, both financially than material.

His mother, Tina Knowles, lost her Malibu home in a fire last week.
Eva Longoria
The star of the popular series “Desparate Housewives” announced that she would donate an amount equivalent to $50,000 to help affected families and front-line workers. “We donated clothes, I literally emptied my pantry to take them to all the places that accept donations. I will support This Is About Humanity. They are providing up to $50,000 for frontline essential workers and families affected by the fires. I will personally pay an amount equivalent to this $50,000,” she said in an Instagram clip.
Paris Hilton
After her home was destroyed in the Palisades fire, the reality TV star launched an emergency fund through her foundation 11:11 Media Impact, with an initial contribution of $100,000, and a promise to match the first donations up to $100,000.
Paris Hilton encouraged others to donate, promising the fund would give money to families and help people with children stay in hotels. In less than 24 hours, $520,733 was raised thanks to the mobilization of 3,000 people.
Meghan Markle and Prince Harry
Based in Montecito, about 90 miles north of Los Angeles, with their children Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet, Duke and Duchess Sussex donated money through their organization, the Archewell Foundation according to CNN.
Additionally, Meghan Markle and Prince Harry visited a meal distribution center set up for those affected by the fires last week. They also donated clothing, children’s items and other essential supplies, after hosting friends and relatives who were forced to evacuate to their palatial home.
“In recent days, wildfires have ravaged neighborhoods across Southern California and devastated families, homes, schools, medical care centers and more, affecting tens of thousands of people from all walks of life. A state of emergency has been declared,” they said on their website.

The Meta founder, along with his wife Priscilla, said they “personally” made relief donations on Threads. “I’m praying for everyone in Los Angeles right now. Really hard to see all the videos and photos of the devastation. I hope you all stay safe out there,” he wrote.
Jamie Lee Curtis
The actress, accompanied by her husband Christopher Guest and their children, donated $1 million to wildfire relief after fearing for her Santa Monica home.
Kylie Jenner
The youngest member of the Kardashian-Jenner clan made an unspecified donation to the California Fire Foundation Wildfire & Disaster Relief Fund, an extension of the California Fire Foundation. Kylie Jenner, alongside her mother Kris Jenner and siblings Kim, Khloe, Kourtney, Kendall and Rob, left their homes in Calabasas and Hidden Hills after the Kenneth Fire broke out and threatened their area.

Like her younger sister, the model announced through its tequila brand Drink 818 a donation to the same fund, while encouraging others to support similar organizations.

Through her skincare brand Rhodes, Justin Bieber’s wife announced that she was “supporting local organizations who are working tirelessly on the front lines of the crisis,” although the amount of her donation was not specified.
