What an evening for the Magpies, who defeated Arsenal (2-0) in the semi-final first leg of the English League Cup.
The first act of this last four of the Carabao Cup largely turned in favor of Newcastle. After almost 15 years without a victory at the Emirates Stadium, the Magpies managed to overthrow the Gunners.
