Josy Arens has died

The royal couple in Bastogne for the 80th anniversary of the Battle of the Bulge

On December 14, prestigious guests went to Bastogne on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the Battle of the Bulge. King Philippe and Queen Mathilde have indeed returned to Nut’s City, five years after their last visit. The opportunity for the royal couple to participate in the traditional throwing of nuts from the balcony of the town hall.

Movement of discontent at Aldi

On December 20, the unions united in denunciation of the conditions in which Aldi employees work. Around fifty members went to the Villeroux distribution center to block the trucks.

A New Year’s Eve in the dark

The year ended in darkness for many households in Center-Ardenne. No less than 38,000 homes were deprived of electricity on the night of December 31. The cause was the frost which had accumulated on high voltage lines.
