Laurence Bindner is the co-founder of JOS Project, a structure for analyzing violent extremist propaganda and radical speeches. LE FIGARO. – In Iran in January 2024, in Russia in March, and most recently in New Orleans, several attacks were carried out by perpetrators who had pledged allegiance to the Islamic State in recent months. In your opinion, is it still a structured organization that can command these attacks remotely, or a myth that continues to inspire?
