While NVIDIA will broadcast a keynote this evening at CES, new information on the GeForce RTX 5090 has just leaked. Once again, we owe this new information to Videocardz.

Images of the ANNO3D GeForce RTX 5090 iChill X3 model have been shared, allowing us to learn more about its technical characteristics. It features a massive 3.5-slot cooling system with three fans and RGB lighting.

The packaging confirms that the card has 32 GB of GDDR7 memory, twice as much as what the GeForce RTX 5080 will offer.

VideoCardz specifies that the card must use the GB202 GPU. It should also benefit from 21,760 CUDA cores and its 35 GB of memory would work with a 512-bit memory bus and a speed of 28 Gbps. Finally, it would offer a bandwidth of almost 1.8 TB/s.

Its TDP (thermal envelope) is today estimated at 575 W, or 125 W more than the GeForce RTX 4090, hence the importance of such a cooling system.

NVIDIA should lift the veil on this card, as well as on the 5080 and 5070 Ti during its keynote which will take place on the night of January 6 to 7, at 3:30 a.m. sharp, time.
