Philadelphia Eagles (14-3) – New York Giants (3-14) : 20-13

In a game with no stakes, except that the Giants did not want to back down in the draft, the Eagles won this divisional duel with the replacements. Quarterback Tanner McKee (27/41, 269 yards, 2 TD) is the hero of the day, he who perhaps won the position of number 2 quarterback with a complete performance.

Jahan Dotson (94 yards) also filled with confidence, while the defense did enough to limit the Giants’ comeback. On the New York side, the main satisfaction is, as often, the receiver Malik Nabers (64 yards, 1 TD) who carries the attack on his shoulders.

Tanner McKee, star for one night

From the first drive, Tanner McKee sets the tone with a touchdown for Ainias Smith. Philadelphia is in control of the first act and faces no opposition. We had to wait until the second act to see the Giants wake up after another touchdown from the Eagles, by EJ Jenkins (17-3).

It is the essential Malik Nabers who pierces the defense to reduce the gap. The former LSU receiver is a generational player, that is already a certainty for New York (17-10). Graham Gano brings New York even closer then with a field goal.

The Giants will have the opportunity to win after a field goal from the Eagles, but do not take advantage of it with an interception by Sydney Brown. New York will focus on the draft, and a decision will first have to be made on the future of coach Brian Daboll. The Eagles will play in the playoffs next week.
