Who from PSG or AS Monaco will lift the first cup of the season? As part of the Champions Trophy, the winner of the French championship faces his runner-up from last season, at stadium 974 in Doha (Qatar), Sunday January 5 at 5:30 p.m. (French time). Winners of 10 of the last 11 editions, the Parisians are favorites.

During their last confrontation, on December 18, in Ligue 1, the two teams put on a spectacle with six goals scored, including four for PSG (4-2 at the Parc des Princes). The Rocher players have suffered two defeats against the Parisians during the Champions Trophy (2017 and 2018). To try to make a difference, Adi Hütter’s men returned to training earlier than their counterparts (December 30 versus January 2). It remains to be seen whether this choice will be enough to make a difference.
