Moroccan striker Hamza Igamane shone with a hat-trick in a fascinating match where his club, Glasgow Rangers, drew 3-3 against Hibernian on Sunday, Matchday 22 of the Scottish Premier League.

The Moroccan striker got the ball rolling in the fourth minute by delivering an assist to his teammate Ianis Hagi, who opened the scoring (0-1, 4′). Fifteen minutes later, the former AS FAR player doubled Rangers’ lead with a powerful header from a corner taken by Nedim Bajrami (0-2, 19′). However, Martin Boyle reduced the gap for the hosts midway through the first half, before equalizing in the second half (2-2, 61′).

Igamane reacted quickly in the 74th minute, giving Rangers the advantage again (2-3, 74′), but the determined Hibs responded by equalizing at the end of the match thanks to Rocky Bushiri (3-3, 83′) .

Having joined AS FAR last summer, the 22-year-old Moroccan has now scored eleven goals this season with Rangers, including seven in the league. Following this draw, Rangers maintain their second place in the standings, ten points behind Celtic (50 pts), while Hibernian occupies seventh position with 26 points.
