Thierry Mulhaupt: pastry at the rank of art

Since its creation in 1991, L’Authentique Mulhaupt has become an institution in the world of pastry and chocolate. Founded by Thierry Mulhaupt, a master pastry chef and chocolatier of recognized talent. At the age of 18, he obtained the title of Best Apprentice Pastry Chef in , a distinction which sealed his destiny in the world of haute pastry. The duo Nicolas Stamm and Serge Schaal are a pillar of Alsatian gastronomy, notably at the head of the restaurant La Fourchette des Ducs located in Obernai, where they were able to obtain two stars in the Michelin guide. Founded in 1994 by Arlette Rohmer, Les Jardins de Gaïa is a pioneering company in the field of organic and fair trade teas, with its headquarters in Wittisheim (Bas-Rhin). With a turnover of 12.8 million euros and more than 50 employees, the company has established itself as a major player in the tea trade in France. Arlette Rohmer’s mission is based on strong ethical values, establishing partnerships with producers around the world to offer high quality, environmentally friendly products.
