Author of an impressive season, Victor Wembanyama should be an All-Star barring a cataclysm in a few months. But what place should we give him for the MVP? Highlighted by the NBA, his case divides.
With a positive outcome for the moment, the Spurs hope to reach the playoffs at the end of this campaign. Achievable when we see Victor Wembanyama’s season and the level of the squad, but the supporters still have doubts. The competition will strengthen between now and the deadline and San Antonio is still struggling to get up to speed.

We must first remember that this ranking is made by the NBA, while it is the journalists who will decide the final reward. However, this shows that Wembanyama is not forgotten for the MVP. He shouldn’t win it with such a ranking for the Spurs, but a top 3 is not impossible if San Antonio still grabs places.
Deserved for the Frenchman obviously, even if some Internet users are more doubtful when talking about his case. Good performances, yes, but he wouldn’t deserve to be in front of certain players. Enough to provoke quite a few reactions.

Too early to know if Wembanyama will finish in the top 5, but a strong playoff spot will certainly help.
Victor Wembanyama in the top 5 for MVP? Not scandalous after a pretty crazy month of December with his Spurs. But if he wants to extend such a ranking, no choice: he will have to validate a place in the playoffs.
