The city has already started the transformation of the Combs media library which should be completed at the end of this year. Its reopening should take place immediately. In Moissy, Grand Paris Sud and the lessor Habitat 77 will launch a coordinated operation this year to demolish the 195 housing units of the Parc residence. New housing will be built instead, but also shops, public services and spaces which will be redesigned, promises the agglomeration.
