Website yesilscience.com revealed that the hospital will be located in the Duc Hoà 3 industrial park in Long An province, southern Vietnam.
Covering a total area of 700 ha, the facility will implement a preventative healthcare approach focusing on early disease detection and rapid interventions.
The hospital will adopt a virtual care model, leveraging video conferencing technology to provide healthcare services.
Specialized services will include remote stroke management, electronic intensive care units and online consultations between healthcare providers.
According to Yesilscience, the hospital’s electronic medical records (EMR) system will use AI to analyze patient health data, providing better insights for preventative screenings and personalized medical advice.

“MedArmor AI Hospital aims to address important challenges in the healthcare industry, such as equity, costs, environmental sustainability and worker well-being”the website noted.
By adopting a virtual care model, it was assessed that the hospital strives to improve access to diagnosis and treatment for underserved communities, while reducing health care costs through monitoring at distance.
“The use of virtual technology is expected to minimize waste and pollution, allowing patients to reduce their carbon footprint by avoiding long-distance travel for treatment”shared Yesilscience.
Vietnam is actively seeking international partnerships aimed at advancing the digital transformation of its industries, including healthcare.
In 2023, the country established its first healthcare AI partnership with Microsoft and is currently working on implementing smart healthcare solutions.
