Six games are on the program this night in the NBA and several (relatively) top-of-the-table duels are coming up. Among them, a poster which particularly stood out last season, Jayson Tatum's Boston Celtics against Anthony Edwards' Minnesota Timberwolves!
Tonight's NBA program:
- 1h30 : Heat – Pacers
- 1h30 : Celtics – Timberwolves
- 2h00 : Thunder – Clippers
- 2h00 : Bucks – Nets
- 4h00 : Warriors – Sixers
- 4h30 : Lakers – Blazers
Will Anthony Edwards assert himself again against Jayson Tatum?
Last year, the Minnesota Timberwolves were slowly rising, and were looking towards one of the best seasons in franchise history. But the game that really changed the narrative arc around this team was the one against the Boston Celtics. A war against the leaders of the East that they had managed to win thanks, in particular, to a statement from Anthony Edwards on both sides of the field.
This season it’s more complicated for both the player and the team. The association with Julius Randle is not obvious and individually, each member of the squad seems a shade below. They are eighth in the West and are preparing to take on one of the biggest challenges in the current NBA: a trip to TD Garden.
The reigning champions are still at their cruising speed, namely that of Formula 1. Since last year, Payton Pritchard has become one of the best sixth men in the League, adding a new complexity to the green challenge! It is Boston who will be the favorite this night.
But also
- A duel for the Top 6 between the Pacers and the Heat. Drastic opposition in style, but battle between two teams led by coaches, among the best in the NBA!
- Duel from the top of the West, but above all ultimate test for these surprising Clippers against the machine represented by Isaiah Hartenstein's Thunder.
- Giannis Antetokounmpo vs. the Brooklyn Nets…if you have him in TTFL, it's a good idea to go for it.
- Stephen Curry against Joel Embiid, on paper it's exciting, but given the form of the two teams, we tend to say that the names of the casting go far beyond the synopsis of the film.
- LeBron James and Anthony Davis taking a stroll in front of Oregon's most beautiful tank?
The French in the running this evening:
- Rudy Gobert in the often deserted racquet at TD Garden, that's a funny challenge!
- Ousmane Dieng will perhaps fight a few minutes in the penal colony with Nicolas Batum!
- Guerschon Yabusele is back-to-back and will play against the Golden State Warriors to try to teach Trayce Jackson-Davis about life.
- Rayan Rupert will hopefully defend LeBron James!
