BROMANCE – The director shares the poster for the film “A Bear in the Jura”, currently in theaters, with the Belgian actor
A bear in the Jura is the new film directed by Franck Dubosc, released in theaters on January 1st. The pitch? “Michel and Cathy, a couple worn down by years and financial worries, hardly speak to each other anymore. But everything changes when Michel, while trying to avoid a bear on the road, hits a car and accidentally kills its two occupants. Two deaths… and two million euros in used notes discovered in the trunk. Enough to revive discussions… and above all encourage silence. » In this film, Franck Dubosc plays Michel, while Laure Calamy lends her features to Cathy. In an interview given to ParisianFranck Dubosc explained why he chose Benoît Poelvoorde: “I found a phrase yesterday: he was imposed on me by his talent! (Laughs.)
