Save whoever can. Some people want to sell at all costs. Others have already started work or are considering doing so. Many still don’t know what to do. A wind of panic is blowing among landlords of G-rated housing, which is therefore very energy-intensive. Since 1is January 2025, these properties can no longer be rented out. And this ban is far from being anecdotal. The Ministry of Housing counted, at the end of November 2024, some 646,0000 rented housing units of this type.
