Yet superior to FC Nantes in the construction of the game, LOSC was trapped and must be satisfied with the only point of a result as void (1-1) as it is frustrating. Here are the grades we give Les Mastiffs at the final whistle.
Lucas Chevalier (5) : The Lille goalkeeper didn't have a lot of work to do but he has nothing to reproach himself for in the Nantes goal from the penalty spot.
Aïssa Mandi (6) : Again in a right-back position, the Algerian international played his part, particularly on the defensive level with several saving interventions but also with the ball where his crosses often unbalanced the Nantes block.
Bafode Diakité (4.5) : In a match where he contained Abline rather well, he was in difficulty in two situations: a first at the start of the match where he was eliminated by the Nantes striker before a back cross and during the action of the penalty where he throws himself too easily against Mostafa Mohamed.
Alexsandro (5.5) : Nothing to report for the Brazilian defender, who played his role rather well despite the incessant calls from Abline. However, he could have been more proactive in his use of the ball.
Gabriel Gudmundsson (6.5) : First scorer of the year 2025, the Swede has often embodied Lille's only offensive danger in the left lane with his percussion and his quality as a center. Put in difficulty by Sorba Thomas at the start of the match, he then contained the Nantes winger well.
Benjamin André (6.5) : The Lille captain was in the oven and the mill in the midfield, confirming his importance in coming to scratch balls at the opposing feet. He opened the scoring with a beautiful overthrow towards Cabella.
Ngal'ayel Mukau (5) : Starting alongside the Lille captain, the Congolese international had an impact in the duels and tried to exceed his role by projecting himself higher on the pitch on several occasions but he narrowly missed.
Remy Cabella (7) : Positioned in the left lane at kick-off before moving to the center and then definitively to the right, the Lille number 10 made all the good moves for Lille. Very active, provocative and technically correct, he created all of the offensive situations for the Mastiffs, including the goal with a strike on the bar, and sometimes even seemed too alone to be able to allow his team to grab the three points.
Hakon Haraldsson (5) : As usual, the Icelander was willing to come and offer himself, to open up spaces and this was important in the face of a block grouped together to create imbalances. But he narrowly missed with the ball to have a greater influence on Lille's offensive play.
Osame Sahraoui (4.5) : Quickly entered following the injury of Matias Fernandez-Pardo, he never seemed to enter his match despite some interesting percussions. Often stationary and uncertain in his choices, he struggled to make a difference whether in the left lane or in a more central position.
Jonathan David (4,5) : Coming back from the break is difficult for the Canadian international and this match was no exception to the rule. Too little found in good conditions, he tried to drop out to participate in the game but also lacked accuracy and quality in his choices to advance the Lille game.
