The channel will broadcast a documentary on the famous cook who died on December 21.

Since December 21, the world of cooking and television has been in mourning. Maïtéwhose real name was Marie-Thérèse Ordonez, died at the age of 86.

Originally from Rion-des-Landes in New Aquitaine, she became known to the general public thanks to the culinary shows she presented on television, notably “La cuisine des mousquetaires” alongside Micheline Banzet from 1983 to 1997. With her pronounced southwest accent, she defended local products and regional specialties with vigor.
