Death of Maïté: succession is assured

If Maïté has left us, her mark on the French culinary landscape is here to stay. Not content with bringing the terroir up to date, the friendly chef opened the door to a whole generation of heirs who will continue to embody her values: simplicity, naturalness, good humor and kindness… And that’s not all: his granddaughter Camille, the daughter of his late son Serge, is also ready to take up the torch. Just as passionate about cooking as Maïté, the young woman, who looks a lot like her famous grandmother, notably participated in the show Top Chef objective in 2018, when she was just 16 years old. Very close to Camille and her sister, Perrine, Maïté had not hidden being “very proud” of his granddaughter’s culinary talents.
