The Pokémon Pocket playing and collecting card game continues its journey. The game received a new booster via the “Fabulous Island” expansion on December 17. The latter allows you to recover a Mew EX, Ptéra EX, the Pokémon Blue trainer, Magmar, Spododo, Dédenne or even Aquali. L'Île Fabuleuse offers us a little more than 80 new collectible cards.
On this first day of the year 2025, first of all, happy new year to everyone. May your card collection in 2025 be prosperous. Coming back to the game, the subject of this article, the Pokémon Pocket playing and collecting card game is receiving 3 new events.
Collect a Tortank in the Pokémon Pocket trading and playing card game
First of all, a Tortank loot event is underway. This has just started and will end on January 15, 2025. If you don't like PvP combat, good news: this map will be obtained via solo combat. Go to the Combat tab, then Solo to choose the “Tortank Loot Event” combat series.
New Year's Eve Event
The Christmas event has just ended, the New Year event starts now. The event will be available for a period of 6 days. On the rewards program, a Pikachu card or even a New Year Background – Frame. Unlike the Christmas event where you simply had to log in daily, the New Year event will ask you to be a a little more active (nothing insurmountable, rest assured!). Here are the missions and rewards:

But that's not all. When you complete a mission (listed above), you will obtain 12 Miracle Hourglasses. After completing 4 missions, the reward will be the New Year Background – setting. Finally, for having completely completed the 7 missions, you will obtain 12 miracle hourglasses.
To view missions in the Pokémon Pocket trading card game, choose “Missions” at the bottom right of the app's home page, then the “New Year” tab.
Premium Pass Benefits Update
New items have been added to the Premium Store. It is now possible to purchase the following items:

- Background – Charizard
The premium pass allows you to open one more booster per day and access to premium missions. Note that it is possible to obtain 2 weeks of subscription completely free. To obtain these 2 weeks, simply “subscribe” to the premium pass and cancel your subscription before the end of the 2-week trial. You will not be charged.
