RC Lens would like to recruit Gift Orban this winter and have already submitted an offer to OL.
Reinforcing a center forward is one of RC Lens' winter priorities. To make up for the serious injuries of Martin Satriano and Rémy Labeau-Lascary and the repeated absences of Wesley Saïd, the Artesian club should recruit a number 9 during the winter transfer window. The management of the RCL would have set its sights on the striker of Olympique Lyonnais, Gift Orban.

And according to L'Équipe, Racing has even already taken action to recruit the former La Gantoise player since the Lensois leaders have made an offer to their Lyon counterparts. The amount of this proposal has not been filtered but it would be lower than the expectations of the Rhone club, which would hope for 12 million euros for its player. Arriving last January in Lyon, the Nigerian has never managed to establish himself with Les Gones and should, barring any surprises, leave the current fifth in Ligue 1 by the end of the winter transfer window. In this case, RC Lens would be in competition with Hoffenheim, who would have offered 10 million euros last week to OL for Gift Orban.
