For the last day of the year, very good seven to nine year olds should be on track on the classic course. Among the richest, we could find Gaudéo (M.Dabouis), Holy Grail of the Treasury (Mr. Mottier) et Halicia Bella (JP.Marmion).

Bernard de Dufau Prize (Listed)
We are already preparing the “Grand Steeple” on the Pau track with this beautiful Listed for older horses and some great references at the start like In Love (H.Mérienne) fourth of the “ Haye Jousselin » facing Figuero (F. Nicolle)winner at the beginning of November at Auteuil and why not Guarantee of Success (D.Bressou).

Wednesday 1st – Vincennes
Quinté – Dominik Cordeau Prize
We start the year on the ash with the traditional Dominik Cordeau Prize which pays tribute to this professional who died in May 2021. It will pit five and six year olds who have not won €245,000. The best known would be Keenan de Joudes (JP.Monclin), Jabalpur (A.Chavatte) et Jason (P.Levesque).
Thursday 2 – Pau
Quinté – Pierre Estrem Rey Prize
We return to Pau with a Quinté+ for ages six and over on the 3800m hurdles course. The top of the table could be formed by Monster Caroli (J.Delaunay), Super Quartz (M.Scandella-Lacaille) et Marche (F.Nicolle).
Friday 3 – Vincennes
Quinté – Prix Hersilie
Some good six to eight year olds could be on track in the Quinté+ of this Friday evening, contested on the speed track, like Illusion Jipad (P.Lelièvre), Horatius d'Ela (M.Sassier) et Charmy Charly AS (E.Bondo).
Saturday 4 – Vincennes
Prix Maurice de Gheest (Gr.2), Prix Léon Tacquet (Gr.3) and Quinté – Prix de Breteuil
The best “M” are out for a second Group 2, a few weeks after the “Emmanuel Margouty” won by Mack de Blary (T.Duvaldestin). Let us also mention the presence of those who will try to take their revenge: Maestro River (S.Guarato) et Choquel Magnum (N.Bridault).
In the “Léon Tacquet” some good mounted elements will be on the track such as Jean Balthazar (P.Castel) et Kyrielle des Vaux (A.Grimault) et Kyt Kat (T. Levesque).
Luciano Menuet was the strongest in the 2024 edition. Who will join him on the list?
Sunday 5 – Vincennes
Prix du Calvados – Cornulier Races Q3 (Gr.2), Prix Gélinotte (Gr.2), Prix Charles Tiercelin (Gr.2), Prix d'Enghien (Gr.3) and Quinté – Prix de Lille
The major event leads to the Cornulier on January 19. Who will try to succeed on the list of winners Gold Voice (F.Souloy) ? The last rehearsal will see each other compete Blue Granvillaise (P.Levesque), Ideale du Chêne (J.Le Mer) et Hirondelle du Rib (J. Hallais).
The cream of the female “M”s will be in the “Gélinotte”, starting with the winner of the Une de Mai Prize, Monica Jiscé (J.Robert) who should face Melba du Gers (N.Bazire) et Melody Cool (P.Allaire). It will be necessary to follow the “Charles Tiercelin” with the excellent four-year-olds: Lovino Bello (J.Robert), Frank Gio (S.Guarato) et First of Mind (A.Gocciadoro).
The Quinté+ promises to be interesting with the six to eleven year olds not having earned €505,000 and therefore well-known elements such as Haufor Gull et Hip Hop Haufor (C.Bigeon), Galileo Bello (AF.Donati-Marcillac) et Orchestra (G.Huguet).

Place for the first group of the year in obstacle with the Nice City Grand Prix – Bernard Secly always expected at the end of the meeting. King Davidundefeated on the coast in December, could succeed his ex-stable companion Marvel by Cerisy (M.Seror) on the list. But the opposition looks solid with Greym (H.Mérienne) et Nyiri (D.Windrif).
