YouTuber Michou's board game “Who will be the liar?” will be withdrawn from sale. It contains questions of a sexual nature although it is aimed at children aged 7 and over. Parents had challenged the YouTuber on social networks.

The board game is aimed at children aged 7 and over. What was the surprise, we imagine, for parents when they discovered the questions after opening the Christmas presents. They did not hesitate to challenge the famous Youtuber on social networks.

Michou blames the publisher of his game
Michou – real name Miguel Mattioli – responded at the start of the weekend on his X and Instagram accounts by pointing the finger at the publisher of the board game Topi Games: “There is indeed an error on the part of the editor on the age target of the game, I will find out what we can do and I will keep you informed.

“An error in the manufacturing process”
Topi Games reacted in a press release: “We have been informed of the presence of inappropriate questions in certain cards of the game “Who will be the liar?”, intended for a young audience”. How is such an error in the choice of questions possible? “This situation is due to a manufacturing error in the content validation processes,” indicates the company. She claims to understand “the indignation aroused by this incident” and assumes “total and complete responsibility for this error”.
Michou indicates on his X account that “the box will therefore be withdrawn from sale and a refund will be made to customers”. He also apologizes to the buyers of the board game. Topi Games claims to be working with its partners in stores and on the web to avoid any new purchases as quickly as possible.
