This match is a real fight, I don’t think India expected Konstas and Smith to play so well, and I don’t think Australia expected Nitish to make a century, it’s captivating !

Hello Doc.
Thanks for joining us on the ABC Sport live blog.
It’s a fabulous Test. This series is actually fascinating.
All scenarios are possible with five sessions remaining.
What good Test cricket!
What a fascinating test this one is!
Australia led by 158 runs with eight wickets in hand, but India continued to come back into the game.
The visitors put in a truly disciplined bowling effort, with Akash Deep and Mohammed Siraj providing good support to the always excellent Jasprit Bumrah.
Siraj and Bumrah were the wicket-takers for India, eliminating the Australian opening duo.
As usual, a lot of hopes rest on the shoulders of Steve Smith.
Smith, Labuschagne and Travis Head, who is next, will have to do the heavy lifting for the home side.
If India manages to overcome this trio without much damage, they will start dreaming of a potential victory.
However, it is excellent to see all the possible outcomes during this lunch break on the eve of the last day.
Mick Doyle will join you after the break for the next session.
For the first time in this innings, Ravindra Jadeja comes for a walk before lunch. I like it.
We had a good Siraj and a good Rohit today.
However, Jadeja started badly, being too much on the pads of Marnus, who managed to get three runs to the side.
Jadeja goes up his middle to lure Smith out. But only three runs during this on.
– Australia maintains a lead of 158 runs although indigenous performances are to be watched.
– The performances of Bumrah and Siraj are testimony to the strength of Indian bowling.
– The Smith vs Bumrah duel will be crucial for the future of the match.
As the match drags on, it’s interesting to wonder how these two teams will adjust their strategies based on their players’ individual performances. Pressure dynamics vary from session to session, and it will be fascinating to see who can ramp up the intensity at the right time. What do you think of the tactical adjustments each team must make to capitalize on their respective strengths?
