In Germany, a massive chemical submission network was discovered on the social platform Telegram by the Strg-F investigative collective of public radio ARD. As BFMTV indicates, thousands of men exchange methods and techniques with the aim of committing this type of rape, even if some claim (without proof) that consent has been established beforehand. Others blatantly explain that it is a chemical submission.
“She’s completely drunk, I should have some fun soon”
By infiltrating discussion groups comprising tens of thousands of members, public radio revealed the existence of messages offering “women to rape” – appearing to be their sisters, mothers, or even companions – to other users.

Beyond these “offers”, we also find photos and videos of sexual assaults as well as stories of rape. “It all starts with a small pint of vodka and ends with sleeping pills and vaseline. It happens every week“, proudly confides one of them. “She is completely drunk now and on some sleeping pills. I should have some fun soon, I hope“, we can read elsewhere. “Wow, fantastic! What does she look like?“, another user asks him. Further in the conversation, a man is asked: “Do you like knowing that other men want her?“.”Yes, I love knowing that strangers are imagining using her body in this way without her having any idea“, he retorts. “It’s the first thing that comes to mind when I look at it. She’s a porn star without even knowing it.“
“A zero tolerance policy”
The Telegram platform immediately reacted to the investigative collective, ensuring that it applies “a zero tolerance policy towards misuse of the platform“and that”all users who are caught in the act are immediately blocked.“
