A study conducted by Reboot SEO revealed the ranking of members of the British royal family based on the number of official engagements they attended.
On December 21, the Telegraph has revealed the ranking of royal engagements carried out by the royal family during this year 2024. The study carried out by Reboot SEO lists the number of official engagements based on data from the public diaries of members of the royal family. After a year marked by illness, King Charles III still finished in second place in the ranking. The father of William and Harry announced that he was suffering from cancer at the beginning of February, but still made numerous commitments despite his treatment.
The king, who celebrated his 76th birthday on November 14, made 186 royal engagements. He is preceded by Princess Anne who is the big winner of this traditional annual report with 217 official events. The sister of King Charles III does not betray her reputation as a member of the most active royal family. Conspicuously absent from this ranking are the Prince and Princess of Wales. William participated in 71 engagements, compared to 92 in 2023. Harry's brother focused on his family and his wife Kate Middleton, whose year was also marked by illness. The mother of George, Charlotte and Louis slowly resumed her commitments from October, a few weeks after announcing that she had finished her chemotherapy.

Charles III and Kate Middleton facing illness: a year 2025 “unpredictable”
The year 2024 has been particularly difficult for King Charles III and Princess Kate Middleton, who are both facing health problems. Although the Princess of Wales completed her chemotherapy last September, she has not yet recovered. King Charles III will continue his treatment next year. So, royal experts are having a hard time predicting how the year 2025 will turn out for them: “It’s completely unpredictable”assured Cameron Walker, royal correspondent for GB Newswho hopes that the king and princess will be in better health. For the moment, it is impossible to know if their year will be filled with more official trips, “as Buckingham Palace sources suggest”.
