Jean-Pierre Foucault :“Gladiators is Intervilles without the cows”

This Friday, December 27, TF1 is offering the new game Gladiators. The concept? In each episode, four candidates – two women and two men – called the “challengers”, compete in sporting events against high-level athletes, called the “gladiators”. There are sixteen of them in total and they are called Goliath, Apollo, Flame or even Viper. At the end of the grand final, a male challenger and a female challenger will win “the golden helmet”, as well as the sum of 50,000 euros to be shared.

Hélène Mannarino: “I’m learning lots of things alongside Jean-Pierre!”

At the helm of this new game, we found a trio of shock animators, with Denis Brogniart to comments, as well as Jean-Pierre Foucault et Hélène Mannarino.  « It’s Intervilles without the cows. I have known Denis for a long time. As for Hélène, it was a match straight away. Our complicity can be seen in the image. Its only fault? She comes from , and I from ! » the host of Miss told us. For her part, Hélène Mannarino is delighted: “ I learn lots of things alongside Jean-Pierre! We may be forty-three years apart – he doesn't like me saying it! –, we have common values, such as empathy. »

Jean-Pierre Foucault : “We can't pretend to like each other if we don't know each other

Jean-Pierre Foucault et Hélène Mannarino also went behind the scenes of their first meeting at Jean-Pierre, in Carry-le-Rouet (Bouches-du-Rhône) in an interview given to our colleagues at Magazine. “ I received the whole team there, the weather was nice, we worked by the pool and we had a great time. This allowed us to get to know each other. We can't pretend to like each other and know each other if we don't know each other. Television is a revealer and the complicity can be seen in the image » said Jean-Pierre and Hélène confiding: ““When we returned to the set together for the first day of filming, I was very emotional” she concluded.
