for a season 7 of 10 episodes. The news comes almost two months ahead of the season six premiere. Thanks to this renewal, the series will break the streaming platform’s record for the longest English-language drama series, tied with seven seasons of the comedy
Grace and Frankie and dramedy Orange is the New
Black. The only other show that has lasted multiple seasons is the Spanish teen drama Elitewhich ended in July after eight seasons. Virgin River it also became Netflix’s longest-running original series.
