The family group is strengthening its governance to ensure its future development. Meeting on December 16, 2024 in Reims, the Board of Directors of Vranken-Pommery Monopole approved a major change in its governance. From January 1, 2025, the group will separate the functions of Chairman and Managing Director to strengthen its development strategy. Paul-François Vranken will remain Chairman of the Board of Directors, while Nathalie Vranken, currently Deputy Managing Director, will take the reins of the group as Managing Director.
Strengthened governance
To support this transition, an expanded management team has been announced with the appointments of: Clément Pierlot as Deputy Managing Director and Julien Lonneux, also Deputy Managing Director. These appointments mark a new stage for Vranken-Pommery Monopole, which intends to rely on its family values, its unique expertise and its international presence to approach the future with confidence. Nathalie Vranken said: “With Clément Pierlot and Julien Lonneux at my side, our group has solid fundamentals to continue writing our story towards ever greater excellence. »
Clément Pierlot: joined the group in 2004, he distinguished himself as director of the Champagne vineyards, then cellar manager in 2017. Since 2022, he has managed Vranken-Pommery Production and represents the group within the Champagne authorities.
Julien Lonneux: Present since 2014, he developed the markets of Northern and Eastern Europe before expanding his missions to the whole of Europe and Africa. He currently combines International Management with that of the British subsidiary.
