20 h 30. The Gors Cheese Factory wins the Top Cooperation and Partnership 2024. The Melle artisanal company, managed by Stéphanie Baratange, transforms 440,000 liters of pasture milk each year, collected from breeders in the sector, to supply the biggest tables and the best cheesemakers in France .

The cheese factory tries to produce a new cheese every year. “It’s more of a passion than a job”underlines the director.

20 h 28. The program of the ceremony follows its course with the Top cooperation and partnership. It is the Community of Communes Mellois en Poitou, represented by its vice-president Nicolas Ragot, which presents the trophy.

20 h 23. The winners of the Top Artisanal Performance distributed balloons to the public, one of which contained a ticket offering a bottle of champagne to be collected in their shop.
