It’s the match of the year for FC Rouen! The Red Devils host LOSC in the round of 32 of the Coupe de France at the Diochon stadium this Friday, December 20, 2024 from 9 p.m. Will we be entitled to a course as crazy as last year? What is certain, however, is that the Seine-Maritime prefecture has taken a decree to supervise the meeting and avoid excesses.
“Two obligatory meeting points are set for LOSC supporters during the meeting […] whose capacity is set at 8,000 spectators,” the prefecture initially specifies. Concerning the number of LOSC supporters, they can be at most 708 and no sales will be made at the visitor counter at the Diochon stadium.
A tense meeting
The prefecture also expects the movement of around a hundred ultras, “including possibly the hooligan section of the LOSC Army”, but also recalls that the Rouen Ultras of the Rouen Fans “have performed unfavorably since the start of the season “.
The National Anti-Hooliganism Division classified the meeting and level 2 the definition of which is: “degraded context likely to generate deviant behavior on the part of supporters. »
It is also prohibited, whether in the enclosure or around the stadium, to possess “any firecrackers, smoke bombs, rockets or fireworks”, or “any objects likely to constitute a weapon”. In addition, “flags and banners whose inscriptions call for provocation, hatred, or violence are prohibited”.
The prefecture reminds that non-compliance with these measures is punishable by a penalty of 30,000 euros and six months of imprisonment.
