On the three floors comprising it, five apartments were impacted. 17 people had to be rehoused, including two families of eight people by the town hall and 9 other families by relatives.

Residents returned to their homes early in the morning after Enedis restored electricity and heating. In total, the power outage lasted between 4 a.m. and 9 a.m.

Enedis also installed dehumidifiers. On site, 11 firefighters, GRDF and a plumber were mobilized.

The mayor was present at the scene of the incident. “Our biggest worry was that the power would be out for longer and that humidity would seep in,” says Dominique Fialon, mayor of the town.
