System Of A Down will stop in Canada for the first time in over 10 years in the summer of 2025. The band will perform a single concert in Ontario, in Toronto, on September 3, 2025.
SOAD’s return to Canada was, unsurprisingly, highly anticipated by the group’s many fans. Especially since the show at Rogers Stadium is with Deftones.
The Toronto show will conclude System Of A Down’s mini tour in the summer of 2025. The band will also be at Metlife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey, on August 28 with Korn as well as at Soldier Field in Chicago on August 31 with Avenged Sevenfold.
Note that some Quebec radio stations are making somewhat dubious amalgamations with the 3 System Of A Down concerts at the end of August/beginning of September 2025 with the FEQ 2025… Which will take place from July 3 to 13, 2025, not from all during this same period.
SOAD has only played 2 festival shows since 2019. And both times were at the Sick New World festival in Las Vegas which is known for giving its headliners lots and lots of money. Talk to Metallica and Linkin Park.
In short, before making somewhat dubious connections, it would be very surprising if SOAD was at FEQ 2025… Although everyone would like to see this happen in the future.
