The preliminary investigation of Janson Bryan Baker, accused of the murder of Rose-Marie and Bernard Saulnier in their home on Amirault Street, in Dieppe, in September 2019 ended Tuesday in Moncton.
Janson Bryan Baker28, was charged in September 2023 with the first degree murder of the two elders aged 74 and 78 respectively.
The matter was back in Provincial Court at Moncton Monday and Tuesday for the preliminary hearing, a hearing during which the court presents its evidence against a defendant.
