With the strap, he whips his partner. The victim tries to protect himself by throwing a chair at him. It is the third partner who intervenes between the two to end the scene. When the police arrived at the beginning of the afternoon, they noticed that the woman had a hematoma above her right breast and her face was red.

The defendant is sentenced to six months in full, with a simple suspended sentence. He is prohibited from carrying a weapon for three years.
