The parricide hypothesis seems correct. Saturday November 30, 2024, a man was strangled to death in his home in Nanterre in Hauts-de-Seine. His son, suspected of the murder, was arrested after fleeing. He is still in police custody this Monday morning, the prosecution told us. He could be indicted.
Traces of strangulation
On Saturday afternoon, firefighters were called to an apartment on rue Salvator-Allende because a man was in cardio-respiratory arrest. Emergency services take care of the individual, but he dies. The firefighters noticed a disturbing element: he shows signs of strangulation on his neck.
A leak of a few hours
During the intervention, the victim's son, present on site, fled. The latter, aged 18, finally went to the Nanterre police station a few hours later. An investigation was opened for intentional homicide and entrusted to the departmental judicial police services.
