This lawsuit concerns a series of payments totaling $6.4 million.

There were people in Bellinzona this Monday to attend the trial hearing for corruption in Angola of the oil trader Trafigura and three defendants. It must be said that this is the first time in Switzerland that a firm has been judged for such facts in a public trial. Suffice to say that the premises of the Federal Criminal Court are not adapted to accommodate no less than 49 lawyers, translators, judges or federal prosecutors, compacted in a small courtroom.
