This Thursday, around a hundred demonstrators erected a concrete block wall in front of the National Research Institute for Agriculture, Food and the Environment in the 7th arrondissement of the capital. Three environmental protection associations have denounced acts of violence. The protest continues after the call from the FNSEA and Young Farmers for mobilizations, in particular to denounce the administrative burden to which the profession is subject. Several demonstrations are planned for November 28.
- Ile-de-France: Since early this morning in the capital, more than a hundred demonstrators have gathered in front of the National Institute of Agronomic Research to erect a concrete block wall in front of the building.
- Marne: The FDSEA 51 (FDSEA) is organizing a “fed up convoy” in Chalons-en-Champagne to denounce “overadministration”. The demonstrators target the Regional Directorate of Agriculture around 10:30 a.m., the French Biodiversity Office at 1:30 p.m., then the Services and Payment Agency in the afternoon.
- Haute-Garonne: FDSEA 31 and Young Farmers called for rallies in Toulouse in front of several administrations this morning before joining the prefecture at noon.
- Loiret: A demonstration will start at 11 a.m. in front of the Draaf d’Orléans. A “funeral march” will also be launched towards the regional prefecture to warn of the “death” of French agriculture.
- Côtes-d’Armor: FDSEA 22 calls on demonstrators to go to the Kernilien roundabout, near Guigamp, from 2 p.m.
- Côte d’Or: The Departmental Federation of Farmers’ Unions of Côte-d’Or arranged to meet the demonstrators in front of the Payment Services Agency at 2 p.m. A convoy of tractors will be on site.
- Alpes-Maritimes: Farmers also demonstrated in Nice. They met Thursday morning in front of Cadam, the departmental administrative center of the Alpes-Maritimes to dump products in front of the building such as wool, manure, etc.
