The Agri-Food Export Group officially opens the nomination period for the Alizés 2025 Awards, presented by FAC. The awards, accessible to all Canadian agri-food companies, will be presented on April 29, 2025 at the Locomotive Hall at SteamWhistle, alongside SIAL Canada.
New this year, the jury will also reward a company for its excellent market development in Canadaoutside his province. “The Export Group supports Quebec exporting companies in their international expansion and also supports them in their development of markets outside the province. In addition, the Export Group has decided to simplify the application form, to facilitate the experience of exporting agri-food companies when submitting their application. The new web format of the form will also simplify the application submission process. The winners will be chosen by a renowned jury specializing in the agri-food export sector. A company can compete in two of the following four award categories:
- SME Solidarity Fund FTQ – Prize awarded to a company, which has a turnover of less than $50 million, having accomplished notable feats in international exporting in recent years.
- Great company FCC – Prize awarded to a large company, which has a turnover of more than $50 million and whose strategy and international export successes have enabled it to position itself well on foreign markets. Canada.
- New* Canadian Market Price National Bank – Prize awarded to a company whose market development strategy outside its province proves exemplary. Its turnover exceeds 1 million dollars.
- Innovative export strategy Inno-center – Prize awarded to a Canadian agri-food company that has put forward innovative export strategies in addition to integrating the notions of sustainable development and GHG management into its operations.
