The young woman was subject to “frequent seizures” depending on the neighborhood.
Macabre discovery in a peaceful residence in Magny-en-Vexin (Val-d’Oise). In response to a fire, firefighters discovered the body of a woman about 25 years old, Friday November 23. According to the first elements of the investigation, she would have been stabbed to death. His daughter, present at the scene, was taken into police custody.
Suspicious injuries
A thick cloud of smoke woke up the residents of a peaceful residence, located rue de Molière in Magny-en-Vexin, Friday November 22, around 7 a.m., reported The Parisian. The firefighters, who rushed to the scene, managed to quickly control the flames using a water hose. If the residents are not evacuated, emergency services nevertheless extract a victim in cardiorespiratory arrest. Evacuated on a stretcher, the firefighters quickly realized that the victim had numerous suspicious injuries which have nothing to do with the disaster.
The victim’s daughter “in his bath” at the time of the macabre discovery
She could not be resuscitated despite the efforts of emergency services. She succumbed to “several stab wounds”according to statements by the public prosecutor, Saturday November 23. Very quickly, the daughter of the deceased is suspected. At the time of the discovery, the young woman was “in his bath”according to a local source, and assured that she was not aware of the fire. First transported to Pontoise hospital, she was finally placed in police custody.
The young girl affected by “psychiatric disorders”
During a neighborhood investigation, the investigators’ suspicions strengthen. While the victim is described as a woman “very discreet, who never gets talked about”the young girl, for her part, very quickly qualified “hysterical” by the neighborhood. “We heard a lot of noise, shouting, it was non-stopthey testify. When we met her outside walking around, she wasn’t the same person, she seemed normal. But as soon as she was in her mother’s apartment it was horrible.”
A recurring behavior
And, according to them, the day before the discovery had been particularly turbulent. The young girl was said to have been shouting all afternoon. “She even threw objects out of the window, plates and a broom,” the neighbors detail. “There was a break in the early evening and then it started again until three in the morning,” they continue, wondering “that we can scream and behave like that for so many hours in a row.”
Accustomed to this atmosphere, the neighborhood was far from suspecting that the “violent crisis” they witnessed would end in tragedy. “If I had known, I would have gone up, I would have tried to do something,” confided a resident present that night. “Her mother knew that she (her daughter, editor’s note) could be violent. But she was her only daughter, so…” says one of the neighbors.
An investigation has been opened and is continuing to determine the circumstances of this homicide.
