According to the local daily, the victim went to Blagnac for a birthday. With her group of friends, she comes across a group of teenagers at Place de la Catalunya. It was then that the group of adults allegedly behaved inappropriately with the young girls. Inappropriate words and whistling are mentioned. A fight breaks out, involving several people.
The 40-year-old man fled. Video surveillance images, used by the courts, also show the two young people chasing the victim. A second fight then broke out, and blows were exchanged, including three stab wounds, indicates La Dépêche. The forty-year-old continues his journey, injured. He was found dead a few hours later, around 5 a.m.
The body was discovered by one of the teenagers involved in the fight, who called for help, the newspaper reports. The prosecution indicated on Sunday that the images captured by the surveillance devices showed that one of the teenagers had returned to the scene of the victim's death.
