Our association, says the president, “has worked since its creation to provide everyone with access to physical activity, regardless of age, social situation, municipality, sexual orientation, origin or religion. The only objective is to create links between residents and generations, through sport and for sport. Sport is a vector of social cohesion, well-being and health. An action that we carry out thanks to our members, and thanks to the communist town hall of St Benoît, which lends us the hall free of charge and pays us an annual subsidy.”

You made us sweat, and also laugh. You introduced us to practices like tabata, Pilates and adapted sports for seniors, all that, and we will miss you! We have already decided that you would be our predestined replacement and to guarantee that you come back, we are offering you an honorary membership card to the voluntary gym.
