Real Madrid are reportedly monitoring Martín Zubimendi’s situation. The Spanish defensive midfielder would indeed be monitored for a potential transfer this summer.
After being revealed by El Chiringuito yesterday, it is now Marca’s turn to confirm Real Madrid’s interest in Martín Zubimendi. The Real Sociedad defensive midfielder would indeed be on the Merengues’ shelves for next summer.
The departure of Toni Kroos has hurt the Madrid midfield and there is currently a shortage of a profile to replace him. Zubimendi would be seen as a good target for this. His performances are more and more convincing with each match and he has a clause of 60 million euros.

The sports daily adds that a denser list of players monitored by the White House exists to strengthen its midfield. It features Gravenberch, Xhaka, Jorginho, Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg, Bruno Guimarães, Neves, Laimer, Rice and Kimmich. However, it would be the Spanish defensive midfielder who would be preferred by sports management.
