Live from the Markets: things are moving on Atos, Unicredit wants to take a bite out of Banco BPM

  • Carrefour’s choice to no longer sell Mercosur meat in France has sparked threats of boycott from Brazil.
  • Sanofi plans to modify the drug discount program in US hospitals, according to the WSJ.
  • ArcelorMittal announces it is delaying planned green investments in the EU.
  • Vallourec sells its logistics subsidiary in Indonesia for €20 million.
  • Eurazeo raises a continuation fund of 180 million euros.
  • Quadient is expanding its partnership with Decathlon France around parcel lockers with more stores and new services.
  • France offers Atos SE to buy the branch Advanced Computing for €500 to €625 million in enterprise value, but renounces activities Mission Critical Systems et Cybersecurity Products. Atos specifies that the current capital increase will be amended and that subscribers will be able to cancel their orders.
  • The Council of State rejected the appeal filed by NRJ 12 and NRJ Group against Arcom’s decision not to select NRJ 12 which was a candidate for the renewal of its DTT frequency. To file an appeal, NRJ must wait for the final decision of ARCOM.
  • Argan loses a member of its supervisory board.
