A little after 10 p.m., this Sunday, November 24, 2024, the firefighters intervened in Outreau (Pas-de-Calais), for a house fire. When they arrived, they found that the house was already completely engulfed in flames. The collapse of the roof and part of the floor of the ground floor made recognition in the house difficult. The firefighters were only able to note the death of a victim who was in the home, a man aged 82.
Their intervention made it possible to prevent the flames from spreading to neighboring homes. They used three spears, one of which was on a large scale.
The police, Enedis, Grdf as well as the mayor of the town went to the scene.
