A new grave accident in Val-de-Marne. On the night of Saturday November 23 to Sunday November 24, 2024, a woman was found unconscious near the car involved in this tragedy which occurred in Chennevières-sur-Marne, according to information from Parisian confirmed withParis news by the Créteil public prosecutor’s office.

An open investigation

The events took place around 12:30 a.m. According to the regional daily, a vehicle would have hit two other cars parked. Information not confirmed by the public prosecutor. On site, firefighters provided assistance to a 30 year old woman. Unconscious, she was taken to hospital “in a life-threatening condition” at the hospital.

For his part, the driver, aged 42, was arrested shortly after the accident. The tests carried out attest to its drunkenness and its drug positivitys. The prosecution specifies that the circumstances of the accident remain unclear. No evidence has revealed where the victim was at the time of the incident. An investigation has been opened.

This tragedy comes the day after a violent accident involving a 13-year-old teenager, vital prognosis engagedin Maisons-Alfort (Val-de-Marne). The latter was hit by a scooter. The child would have made a “fall of five to six meters”, according to the prosecution. The driver of the two-wheeler tested positive for alcohol and drugs.
