A living room of 72 m²
A situation that could change, as ski resorts all continue to move upmarket. For this exceptional penthouse, the entire distribution and decor have been revisited from top to bottom and some have been enlarged to take full advantage of the panorama. Result: the accommodation offers 6 double bedrooms, the main one of which has 26 m² and several of which have their own bathroom. The living room is particularly generous with its 72 m² and everywhere the tired decor gives way to noble materials: old wood, stone, ceramics… “With these materials and the exposed framework, we really create a chalet spirit, underlines Charles-Antoine Sialelli. We keep all the advantages without the disadvantages.”
Price-wise, this apartment is priced at 3.6 million euros, which is far from cheap but nevertheless remains significantly lower than the prices in Val d’Isère or Méribel. “In the main high altitude resorts, quality properties are commonly traded between 20,000 and 25,000 €/m²”recalls Charles-Antoine Sialelli. Without forgetting the heights of luxury which can reach €50,000/m² in Courchevel, Méribel or Val d’Isère. Because if the Russian clientele has deserted the resorts, the big purchasing powers remain present and the Americans are starting to be tempted in view of the exorbitant prices charged in the American resorts (notably the passes for the ski lifts which can reach $ 300 per day ).
