As for petrol and diesel, their prices remain unchanged for the moment. Petrol 95 RON E10 is currently at 1.7610 euros per liter, while petrol 98 RON E5 is at 1.8550 euros per liter. For diesel B7, the maximum price is 1.8310 euros per liter on this Saturday, June 28.

Heating oil prices depend on several factors

The rise in heating oil prices could influence those of other fuels, due to various factors. High demand plays a major role, especially with the increase in fuel consumption (petrol and diesel) during the summer, when many Belgian motorists use their vehicles to go on vacation. Furthermore, the evolution of the oil markets is also decisive, with fuel prices in Belgium following the oil trend. Since the start of the current month, crude oil prices have been on the rise.

For this Friday, June 28, the barrel of Brent from the North Sea is quoted at 85.56 dollars. Compared to the lowest price of the month, approximately 73 dollars per barrel recorded at the beginning of the month, the difference is approximately 8 dollars. The American West Texas Intermediate (WTI) is at 82.08 dollars per barrel, also showing a clear increase compared to the prices observed previously.
