Located between Sarcelles, Enghien-les-Bains and Pierrefitte-sur-Seine, the town is part of the Montmorency Valley. There are vestiges of the past, dating back to prehistory. This rich history can be seen today through various buildings and monuments, such as the churches, the Sainte-Thérèse chapel, the old seminary…

In July 2024, Montmagny pays tribute to the Revolutionaries. Like many cities in France, the National Holiday is celebrated to commemorate the taking of the Bastille, and the fall of royal power. This date marks the beginning of the Republic in France, and of a more just and egalitarian society. Custom dictates that July 14 is celebrated with balls and fireworks displays. A tradition well respected in Montmagny!

This year, for the national holiday, the city is meeting us on July 13 at Charles Grimaud stadium. From 9 p.m., the groupe B.Band makes us dance. At 11 p.m., turn your eyes to the sky to enjoy the fireworks. A great program for young and old alike!
